Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancellations
All apparel/products are printed to order. Orders are processed within 1-24 hours of order placement. Orders may be cancelled if they have not entered into the printing process. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after order placement at hello@huckwildapparel.com.
Orders that have begun the printing process will be fulfilled normally and may not be cancelled. Cancellations are made at the sole discretion of Huck Wild Adventure Apparel.
We will issue returns/exchanges in the following cases:
- The wrong product was received in terms of color, size, or model
- The product arrived in a damaged condition
- The product arrived in poor quality
Sent damaged, poor quality, or incorrect items
In the unlikely case of a damaged item or if you received the wrong item. please email us within 14 days of your product delivery to correct the issue. We will likely ask for a photo of the issue. We will not need the product shipped back. We cannot help you after a week or if the item has been worn/used.
* Do NOT return products directly to our print vendors. We will not be notified, and they will not process your return.

Refunds/Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your issue, and let you know if the refund/exchange was approved or not. If approved, we will ask if you would like the item to be replaced or if you would like a refund. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
